Payam YUCE ISIK

Coach and Facilitator

Payam has a passion for personal learning and growth, as well as supporting and witnessing the growth of others, relationships and teams.

She brings together over 20 years of human resources, organisational development, leadership and coaching experience through various roles she held as a human capital consultant, senior HR executive, coach and facilitator. Her strength lies in her capability to understand the complex organisational dynamics as well as the deeper individual and systemic patterns that drive individual and group behavior.

She is an ICF accredited PCC level coach and accredited Deep Democracy facilitator who has extensive experience in coaching C level executives, senior leadership teams and in facilitating small to large group dialogues.

Ipek UTUN

Coach and Facilitator

Supporting people to live and lead with full life energy and supporting systems and relations to grow together and reach their utmost potential is Ipek’s passion.

For this purpose she coaches executives (PCC level accredited Coach) and teams (ORSCC accredited Systems Coach), delivers leadership development programs and mentoring (Accredited Deep Democracy the Lewis Method facilitator, trainer and elder), facilitates ShadowWork Weekends (accredited ShadowWork Fasilitator). Her strenght is the ability to converge different perspectives and flexibility to intervene at different levels from behaviors to beliefs and patterns while working with individuals and systems.

She is proud to be a partner of Tribe since 2012, who designed the two year volunteer MLK Coaching Program for Vocational High School Students and supported approximately 4500 students to get this support in their transition to business life.

Prior to last nine years focus, she has a total of 16 years of experience in sales and marketing in different management levels, marketing and management consultancy and board membership at one of the first 200 companies of Fortune 500 Turkey. She considers being a mother of three children as one of the most profound, challenging and growing experince of a lifetime.
