You will also learn more about the way in which con flict affects you as a facilitator.\n\nThe program is a combination of the ory and practice and will place a strong focus on your experience within t he group. You will be able to continue to practice your facilitation skill s in the group and develop your neutrality muscle through personal awarene ss.  This program specifically focuses on understanding and developing th e skills to work with unconscious processes that lie below the waterline:\ n\n Edge Behaviour: Gain awareness on the relationship between edge behav iour and autonomic nervous system response and its implications to LDD pra ctice.\n Reflective Listening: Enhance your listening skills for deepenin g others understanding as a foundation for surfacing.\n Surfacing: Learn how to bring clarity and directness in group settings.\n Argument and Con flict: Understand how tension arises within groups through the lens of rol e theory and learn ways to work with deeper levels of tension with DD conf lict resolution processes.\n Rank and Privilege: Recognise power dynamics in relation to rank and privilege and learn how to work with them.\n\nThe 2 1/2-day course is designed to be delivered in a 1/2 day + 2 days format . The first 1/2 day will be delivered online and  2 days will be delivere d in-person. Please find the session dates and times below:\n\n January 2 8th 2027 @ 9:30am-12:30pm (BST) - online\n February 2nd-3rd 2027 @ 9:30am -5pm (BST) - in-person in Manchester (venue TBC)\n\nParticipants completin g the Lewis Deep Democracy Level 3 course can enhance their learning in th is methodology by participating in the Lewis Deep Democracy Level 4 course .\nWho is it for?\n\n Leaders\, change agents\,  trainers\, executive an d team coaches and consultants who want to deepen their understanding and skills in using the tools of Lewis Deep Democracy. Participants are requir ed to have completed the foundational Deep Democracy trainings of Level 1 and Level 2 course or alternatively the CoResolve Programme.\n\nAbout the Facilitators\nPayam Yuce Isik is an executive and team coach and facilitat or working with leaders and organisations in improving dialogue\, facilita ting change and developing leadership and relationship capacity. She has g ained extensive experience in leadership and organisational development\, change management and capability development working with public\, private and non-profit sectors. Through her work\, Payam helps leaders navigate c omplex relationship systems and change\, lead with purpose and clarity.
